2022 is here!

This last year was a great one! Here’s why.. .

Here at Fratantoni Companies, we ended 2021 with gratitude for the support that we have received over the year. We cannot say THANK YOU, enough, to our teams, clients, trades, and everyone involved in making custom luxury home dreams come true. 2022 will be full of building, designing, and planning, and we look forward to making more dreams and memories! Our teams at Fratantoni Design, Fratantoni Interior Design, Fratantoni Luxury Estates, and the Fratantoni Group are ready to make your ideas come to life!

Completed Projects: 

As the second-highest residential sale in the state of Arizona, The Castle on the Hill, a full-service Fratantoni masterpiece, custom luxury home, sold for $21.5 in 2021. Located in a perfect location to oversee the Scottsdale airport runway, city night lights, and gorgeous mountain terrain. With 12,617 sq. ft, the Castle on the Hill is every entertainer’s dream home.
